Serenity Grove

Through a private/ public partnership with the City of Miami Gardens, the Serenity Grove development is located at the 18330 NW 12th Avenue, Miami Gardens, Florida 33169. The  development plan consist of creating a one hundred-fifty (150) quality, affordable housing units for elderly residents in the city of Miami Gardens . The  unit mix will comprise of a combination of one, and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 700 to 950 square feet. The breakdown of the proposed unit mix is approximately one hundred and ten (110) one-bedrooms, and forty (40) two bedroom units.
