The second phase of the Superior Manor development is located at the 2349 NW 51st St, Miami, FL 33142. The development is a second phase of the already existing 139- unit elderly affordable housing development, which serves elderly residents who qualify at the 60% Area Median Income (AMI) level. In keeping with the needs of the neighborhood, the proposed phase two development plan consist of adding an additional seventy-six (76) quality, affordable housing units to the Liberty City area for families. The unit mix will comprise of a combination of one, two, and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 750 to 1,400 square feet. The breakdown for the unit mix is approximately sixteen (16) one bedrooms, forty-six (46) two-bedrooms and fourteen (14) three-bedroom units. The Superior Manor Apartments II will serve as yet another prized development to help the housing shortage in South Florida.
New Urban Development secured all financing for the project and the development is currently under construction and on schedule to be completed in 2023.
