Ahmad J. Zachary

Ahmad currently serves as the lead development manager to New Urban Development.  From concept through construction and lease up, Ahmad is intricately involved in all aspects of our develop transactions and is the primary contact for New Urban’s daily operations. His focus is project underwriting, budget sourcing, design planning as well as design engineering  and consultant coordination. As a professional, Ahmad has proven to be very knowledge and passionate about real estate development and community service. Ahmad’s ability to organize and manage various development projects has proven to be an asset to New Urban Development. By way of the University of Vermont, Ahmad obtain a B.S in Community and International Development and served as a captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team for the University. Ahmad grew up in Philadelphia, PA and has been with the New Urban Development team since March of 2019.
